When there is water in the vacuum pump or the color of the oil turns black, the oil should be replaced at this time. Generally, it should be replaced once every one or two months of continuous work. It is also possible to use 1# vacuum gasoline or 30# gasoline or engine oil.
- The impurity filter should be removed and washed frequently, usually once 1-2 months. For example, the cleaning cycle should be shortened for the fragments of the national packaging.
- After working continuously for 2-3 months, the back cover should be opened to lubricate the sliding parts and the switch bumper, and the connection activities on the heating rod should be lubricated according to the usage.
- Frequently check the triplex of decompression, filtration, and oil mist to ensure that there is oil in the oil mist and the oil cup, and there is no water in the filter cup.
- When working, ventilate, and then energized. When shutting down, cut off the power first and then cut off the gas. In case of emergency, cut off the power immediately.
- On the heating rod, the second layer of the adhesive paste under the heating sheet serves as insulation. When it is damaged, it should be replaced in time to avoid a short circuit.
- The packaging machine with chain bucket must have a reliable grounding device during installation, and it is not allowed to tilt or bump during the transportation, and it must not be placed down for transportation.
- The heating strips and silica gel strips should be kept clean, and no foreign matter should be stuck, so as not to affect the sealing quality.
