Introduction of powder packaging machine

Structure: The powder packing machine is mainly composed of a blanking part and a packing part, which mainly includes a former, a hopper, an electrical control part, and a sealing part.

Working principle: It adopts a spiral feeding device, a one-button system for automatic quantitative and automatic deviation correction, which is easy to use. With photoelectric eye tracking detection, it can accurately seal and cut, ensuring consistent and aesthetically pleasing packaging.

Application: This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of powder materials such as flour, mung bean powder, lotus root starch, bean milk powder, and other materials with poor fluidity. However, this machine can package products weighing between 0~1000g, which is more suitable for individually packaged small pouch products. Model 1: Straight-push powder sachet packing machine

• Principle: Powder is pushed directly from the hopper to the bag opening, flowing into the bag in a straight line. The machine provides a fully sealed space to avoid dust.
• Advantages: Simple structure, easy maintenance, suitable for powders with large dust and fine particles. Provide packaging method: back seal, 3 side seal, 4 side seal.

Note: Because the machine hopper is fully enclosed, we provide a elevator to facilitate loading.

Model 2: Horizontal-push powder filling equipment

• Principle: The spiral is placed horizontally, and the interior device pushes the powder into the bag.
• Advantages: It is suitable for medium-flowing powders and can provide a strong pushing force, to make the packaging weight more stable. Provide packaging method: back seal.

Model 3: Inclined-push bag packing machine

• Principle: The hopper is tilted, allowing powder to slide gently down the slope or spiral into the packaging bag. It is often in conjunction with a vibration or scraper.
• Advantages: Perfect for sticky or poorly flowing powders, it will reduce the risk of clogging. Provide packaging method: back seal, 3-side seal.
