Working principle of Taizy tableware wrapping machine
First, it needs to place cutlery (spoon, fork, chopsticks, or a complete set) onto the infeed conveyor. This conveyor automatically and continuously transports the cutlery to the film packaging area.
Next, in the thin-film wrapping area, the cutlery is detected by photoelectric sensors, which adjust the film tension and position to ensure precise cutting and sealing.
Then, the cutlery passes through the forming area, where the film is folded around the product. A longitudinal sealing unit seals the bottom or back of the film, forming a continuous tube.
Finally, the film tube containing the cutlery passes through the transverse sealing and cutting station. Heated sealing jaws simultaneously create the end seal and cut line, resulting in individual, fully sealed packages.
